Terms & Conditions

The Customer shall pay the price for the Training/Assessment/Literature on acceptance of GASCOMP LTD quotation, or at the time of booking/invoicing (where applicable), upon receipt of Gascomp Ltd invoice. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until Gascomp Ltd has received card/bank transfer or cleared funds in full. Time for payment will be detailed on the Invoice.

 

If the Customer fails to make payment in accordance with these Conditions Gascomp Ltd is entitled to seek interest on any overdue balance outstanding pursuant to its rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, or (at the Company’s absolute discretion) to charge interest on any overdue balance outstanding from the due date for payment until payment is made, whether before or after any judgment at the annual rate of 5% above the base lending rate from time to time of the Bank of England.

 

The Customer shall indemnify Gascomp Ltd, against all costs (including legal costs) and expenses incurred by Gascomp Ltd in recovering amounts due from the Customer, including any administration fee incurred if Gascomp Ltd refers a late/non payment dispute to its lawyers or collection agents.

As per BPEC Scheme Rules (issued at the time of booking) Paragraph 14 Fee Structure: Fees for the Assessments carried out at the centre (Gascomp Ltd) must be paid in full. Non-payment to the centre (Gascomp Ltd) may result in an individuals assessment results being held at the centre (Gascomp Ltd).
