For engineers new to ACS or renewing after 12+ months (Initial), or with current certification or renewing within 12 months of expiry (Reassessment). Covers core domestic gas safety.
CCN1 Assessment Core Gas Safety
The CCN1 initial training and assessment course is for gas installers undertaking their ACS qualifications for the first time or existing engineers whose certificates have expired more the 12 months previously.
Any candidate wishing to undertake the ACS assessments for the first time (Initial) will need to demonstrate they have undertaken a recognised training programme and provide Gascomp with their Managed Learning Programme Certificate.
The CCN1 Reassessment is designed for qualified gas engineers whose ACS certification is still valid or has expired within the past 12 months. This assessment ensures continued competence in core domestic gas safety and is necessary to maintain ACS certification and any linked appliance modules.
We also offer a 2 Day Refresher Training Course for engineers preparing to take the CCN1 Core Gas Safety Assessments. The training is designed to give you the opportunity to update their knowledge and inform of regulatory changes that may have occurred since you last sat your assessment. It is also suitable for those operatives who are preparing for the Initial CCN1 Core Gas Safety Assessment.
